Khantoke dinner is a traditional of
dinner which has been practiced for many generations for the Northern
people to extence hospitality to important visitors, see Norhtern
Folk Dances and various Hilltribes Shows.

: Mae Ping River Cruise
(Daily service 8.30 Am.- 5.00 Pm. Two hours duration)
Leave the city behind and relax awhile,
carried along the cool waters of The river Ping. Stop at
a local farmer's riverside, garden and see for yourself the cultivation
of jasmine rice and a variety of herbs. Enjoy a snack of seasonal
fresh fruits and savour the refreshing taste of lemon-grass
juice.

JN-16 : Mae Ping Dinner Cruise
At 7.30 Pm. each evening the Mae Ping Cruise leaves the restaurant
jetty and a delicious Thai dinner is served aboard the special
30-seater craft. Cruise slowly along the River Ping and experience
the romatic magic of Chiang Mai by night. Return to the jetty
at 9.00 PM.
